You should let the owners take care of it... the trick is to prove to
the owners it's a problem:
You need:
1 Dog whistle.
1 air compressor.
1 roll of duct tape.
Tape the whistle to the air compressor hose, turn on the air compressor
so you get a nice flow of air through the hose.
Get out of town for a couple of days.
Come back - no dog barking problems.

| I meant "dogs bark" as opposed to meowing or mooing.

| I thought PGR3 looked (or rather moved) like shit.
30fps is totally unacceptable for racing games, IMHO.

What's this obsession with FPS?

Dunno. Guess it gives folk something else to whine or brag about.
I remember the days of sub-10 fps flight sims. 30 seemed pretty good
at the time.

I thought Forza and PGR2 suffered due to the lower framerate. PGR3 on
the other hand looked great imo. They said they used tricks such as
motion blur which meant that framerate was not as relevant and it
certainly worked for me.
