Author Halo 1 and 2 on Xbox 360

It's been a while since I've posted here so this may be "old" to some.
Please bear with me.
I'm pleased the way Halo and H2 seem to load faster; but there are
artifacts, glitches different on both.
Only seems to happen on campaign mode.
H1 - weapons once lost by enemy seem to get stuck, rotate and buzz often on
walls unless I exchange for them; weapons thrown down from control room assy
on 2 BETRAYALS no longer make it all the way down but more often get stuck
on wall (with buzzing) not to be retrieved.
H2 - After playing a while I seem to get a ghost image that follows the HUD
that can be blinding, most noticeable on Metropolis, but also other places.

Is this normal for 360 or do I have a defective unit?

U might have a defective unit, I play it all the time, and seem to have no
problem, make sure you have your Xbox handy and call up 1 800 myxbox and see
what they have to say, or contact bungie and see what they have to say

Have a look at this fun link. Several games exhibit graphical problems
when using the backward compatibility function of the XBox 360, and Halo 2
is no exception:

In my opinion, backward compatibility is too fractional and buggy to be
practical on the Xbox 360. If you want to play original Xbox games,
they're best enjoyed on the original hardware whenever possible.

I get those ghost images on the HUD from time to time. Usually it goes
away when you finish that level or enter a new area. Other than that,
I haven't found any other problems with H2.

oh that's great, so the odds are I'd need to keep my Xbox after getting the
360. Don't cha just love technology.
