xbox 360 Problems :(

| Well I just got my 360 a few days ago (like a week ago) and i already am
expieriencing problems with it...
1. Lots and lots of freezing
2. My main problem that im worried about however is that sometimes buildings
dont load and just pop up or just the textures on them dont load.
I was wondering if any of you have experienced these problems or might know
a solution...

| If you are in the U.S., call the Xbox support folks at 1-800-4MY-XBOX. Tell
them exactly what is happening, and make sure to note who you talk to and
the date and time.

several other games use pop-in loading of textures and such to shorten load
times overall.
