Author Xbox 360 console question.
It's Just a Flesh Wound

I noticed when touching the button to eject a disc from my Xbox 360 that the
console vibrates a little when the disc is spinning.

It doesn't seem to cause any problems, but I am wondering if it's normal, or
may cause some problems down the road.

Thanks.

I would imagine that a little vibrating is acceptable since there are
moving parts in there. But it shouldn't vibrate too much.

I've notice that when I eject a disc sometimes I get a little static
shock between my finger and the eject button and I immediately get
disconnected from XBox Live, I have to recent my wireless-to-ethernet
bridge and reconnect. That's kind of wierd.

Yeah, this tends to be an issue.. just dont move the console while there is
a disc playing .. the lazer will Scratch the game media . and customer
support will not replace it.

Sound advice, not to move the console. To be clear, the tray the disc sits
in scratches the media. I've noticed quite a bit of vibration in my console
as well, but I've never had any lockups (on this console - my 2nd).
