Hi all
Just bought a second hand xbox,
I have been playing pc games for years using mouse and keyboard .
My question is this how long does it take to get the hang of controller pad
its like patting your head and rubbing your tummy at the same time ,
it`s now making me feel sick and dizzy

thats why they but little rubbers on the end of pencils :o)

| Not too long. You cannot get it set in your mind though that its not as good
as a keyboard and mouse. I find now that I have mastered the controller I am
much better with a Joypad than with a Keyboard and mouse

I have played games for a LONG time, starting on the console. I had a hard
time with the KB/Mouse at first, but its is far superior, hands down.

| Depends on what games your playing (racing games with KB+Mse are crap imo)
but for FPS games KB+Mse win hands down!

| Agreed, I was mostly thinking of FPS here. I still prefer WASD movement for
RPG type games as well. The other bonus is that you have more buttons, so
its easier to get to certain screens with the KB. Racing games are hands
down better on a gamepad, and even better with a steering wheel (once you
get used to it).

a lot of people will say it is, but its personal prefference. I am so much
better with a Joypad than the KB+Mouse for these games.

| Get on your PC with your xbox 360 controller, and ill use my KB/Mouse, and
we will give it a shot ;)
