Several web sites have pictures of it. I'm sure its just a early version and
will change over time.

Look at this

This is what it is talking about. However it is just a portable tablet PC.
Nothing special.

It's apparently a rule - in order to be a "Microsoft MVP", they have to be a

Although you are confusing beauty with the unpowered uglyness that has
been Tablet PCs up until now.

Don't believe so, Byron. Since the Tablet PC launch in 2002, mine have
easily replaced being stuck in a chair at my computer desk. 8-) I even use
mine while on the treadmill, at soccer practice, during basketball games,
etc. 8-)

Sales of Tablet PCs have increased every month since 2002. However, this is
an Xbox support newsgroup, so we should get back to that.

Well lets see. Microsoft has managed to release two gaming platforms
that to date they have not made a dime on or are projecting never to
make money off of. Why not go for the trifecta and add a third.

At some point, the shareholders have to start wondering what's going on
at Microsoft.

The source of information is incorrect. It is neither of the hardware
mentioned. 8-)

But you will confirm that Microsoft is going for the trifecta of three
money losing gaming platforms?

I actually own Microsoft stock. So here is some constructive criticism
from a stock holder . Quit screwing around with gaming consoles and fix
your swiss cheese of an operating system that has managed to create a
multi-billion dollar security industry based on the poor implementation
of code.

Maybe in another post we can talk about that massively bloated
productivity suite called MS Office.

What for the official Microsoft announcement for the correct information. I
don't work for Microsoft, therefore cannot speak for them. I am a software
users/Xbox/Xbox 360 user, just like you. All I can say is most of the
speculation and grasping at "this means that" type stuff is incorrect. 8-)

They better market the thing as a PDA/Tech Gadget, because it's going
to fail like Vince Young taking a Wonderlic test if they try to put it
in direct competition with DS and PSP.

Chris H.

2006-03-02, 7:39 pm

It is not a competitor for DS and PSP. 8-)
