I understand that the XBOX-360 has 'standard' USB connections and basically
runs some derivitive of Windows. Does this mean that I can plug my PC
Flight Simulator controls (Yoke and Pedals) into the unit and they will be
detected, drivers loaded, and available for use in gaming scenarios that
would benefit from this type of interface device? I am aware the reverse it
true in that I can use the XBOX controller on a PC.

no, you can't use your flight sim controls on the 360. Only select usb
devices will work such as usb keyboards, the upcoming camera, the usb
wireless adapter and usb hard drives and thumb drives.
