Xbox 3620 start button doesn't work in DOA 4

| Hi,
Just got my copy of DOA 4 and the start button won't work on the main
screen of the game.
I've tried 4 controllers. I don't have any problems with any other Xbox
360 games - PGR, COD all work fine.
Help! Have I got a bad copy of the game? Is there something I can tweak
on the Xbox?
Frustrated!!!

is your tv running at 60hz, or is it 50... if you tv isn't 60 hz then the
game doesn't work (apparently affects the graphics & Controller)... have
you set your xbox to run at 60hz???

You have to set the display settings from 50 Hz to 60Hz or the other way
around i don't know for sure. I have the same game and when i got my copy
there was this little card inside that told the same about if the controller
don't work set it to 60Hz but you should have the same card if u have a
legal copy of the game DOA4!!! I have a High Def. TV with 720P so i don't
have the problem with the controller not working. I think this problem only
occurs if you have a non High Def. TV!!!
