| I just placed an a preorder for Halo 3, for a Jan 2, 2007 delivery date.
Amazon.com was the source of the order and it's stated release day. If you
don't believe that will hapen preorder it\.

It is highly unlikely it will be released in the first half of the year.
When the official release date is "2007" the great majority of the time
it'll probably be around November.

Hardly defines a set month, rather sometime in 2007.
