I only connected to xbox live twice and now i can't get back on. When I do a
test connection the IP address
fails. I checked xbox.com/setup and it tells me to change my network settings
to automatic and i think i did
but i'm not sure if i did it wrong or not . i don't know what to do
PLEASE HELP!!

PS: I am trying to connect xbox live to a Charter Communications Cable Modem

Do NOT disable your firewall. You would be opening up your Local Area
Network to intrusion from the Internet. Take a look at the information
specific to Charter users here:
