| If you're doing this in the same house.....wouldn't it be a helluva lot
cheaper just to grab a deck of cards, chips and sit at the table with each
other? =)

| This wont work. the console does not support dual video out. The cheapest way
of doing something like this is buying the holdem kit from walmart for like
50 bucks. you use one tv, and all your controllers have a small screen, where
it shows you your two cards.

I don't think this will do what you're thinking of, but you can split
the video signal from your 360 so you can plug it into multiple TVs.
For instance, if you're using component video and the stereo cables, just
get 5 RCA Y-cables, and 2 additional sets of component video cables. Then
you can hook up 2 TVs to the same 360.
However, both TVs will display the exact same output. The 360 won't
distinguish between player 1's TV and player 2's TV. This also mean that
games that use split-screen for multiplayer (like Halo) won't "unsplit" -
you'll see the same split screen on both TVs.
