After only several months of use, my xbox 360 died. I shelled out
another $129 for repairs and it still does not work. One operator told
me to take my xbox to a friends house to see if it worked there.
Another told me that my router needs to be upgraded. (both very
amusing suggestions).

I am now supposed to wait 5 days while they find a supervisor who can
fix the problem. I know how to fix it: send me a working unit!!!

Microsoft announced they're fixing 360s for free now - and will refund
money given to them on earlier repairs. Microsoft's main 360 website
should have details. Get your refund and a working unit.

LOL, have you ever heard of an operating system called windows? have you
SEEN M$'s track record for support? it's piss poor, at best, and they make
you pay for it.
