this isn't right:
RSX (as like G70) is incapable to do HDR and aa multisampling at same time
(R500 can do this, and with a zero performance hit thanks to eDRAM and
separate backbuffer core)
but rsx can do HDR and aa supersampling at same time, the bad new is that
supersampling eat the whole video memory bandwidh, and the hdr do the same
thing, so in the practice they can be used at same time
