Author Does not recognize game disks

Hi everyone, I am wondering if there is anything I can about this
problem I am having. Here is the scenario:

I can use the digital Innovations cleanDr lens cleaner without any
problems.
Anytime I put a game in the console the xbox displays the main menu
(memory, settings, etc).

I read on a forum that maybe a game save is corrupt, so I deleted all
of them off the hard drive.

This had no noticeable effect.

Any ideas?

You are going to have to talk to xbox support at 1800-4MY-XBOX

It appears that there is a problem with your DVD drive.
