from Official Xbox Magazine
rumor has it that Sega will have Virtua Fighter 5 ready for Xbox 360's
launch window. meaning either at launch, or within the launch
timeframe
thus,
Xbox 360 launch fall 2005 in the U.S. to early winter for the rest of
the world- sometime there should see the release of Virtua Fighter 5 on
Microsoft's new gaming platform.

It's the period of time between when a company *says* it'll launch
something, and when it actually *does* launch it. Anything from 4
weeks to 4 years
