| You aren't looking for whatever is better and, frankly, any response in that
regard is simply subjective opinion. You have stated what type of games
interest you. It would seem, given the fact the selection of games
available for these systems can differ greatly, you should base your choice
on which system has the greatest availability of games that interest you.
I'd check the websites of various game sellers. Most retailers have online
sites and the games are separated not only by game system but type of game,
categories of games, etc. Check out EB Games, www.ebgames.com and Best Buy,
www.bestbuy.com. They both have a broad selection of games for most of the
systems including Xbox and Playstation. That should give you an good idea
of which is best for you.
If games are available for both platforms, check the user reviews. EB Games
includes such reviews with each game they list. These reviews sometimes
contain comparisons in how a game plays on the respective systems.

Windows PC + BF1942 + mod: Forgotten Hope (free).
Windows PC + UT2004 + mod: Red Orchestra (free).
