Author Xbox Live connection problem

When I attempt to sign on to X-Box Live, I get the follwoing message:
No DNS Server addresses were received from the DHCP or PPPoE server.
Enter the DNS Server provided by your ISP in the Network setting menu.

I received this for Christmas w/the year's free subscription. When it
was originally set up w/the wireless adapter, it worked fine. Now it
doesn't. It does recognize the wireless network.

Does anyone know what to do? Please e-mail me directly.

Take a look at either your base station/router settings or see the
information from your Internet Service Provider for the proper DNS settings
and enter them manually in the Xbox Dashboard. It could very well be you're
not receiving the proper feed, but manual input of the correct numbers
should fix it.

If your on NTL give them a ring I had a previous broardband connection for
my PC but needed my package changing in order to play xbox live.
