| I never played the first one but this looks bloody good.
The game will feature a story mode, 2-player head-to-head split screen
mode; however, Kumagai mentioned that Xbox Live would not be supported,
as it was technically difficult to achieve due to latency issues.
However, players will be able to use Xbox Live for game score ranking.
Other added features will be 30 mini-games (including a sniper-mode), a
free-roaming mode, off-road racing and the ability to choose the time of
day in the game to race (morning, afternoon or midnight) while
free-roaming.

For a launch title, Wreckless still has some of the best graphics on the
xbox

It wasn't a launch title here in the states. Launch was in November, this
did not come out until the following 1st quarter.
But I agree, the graphics are still some of the best on the xbox, period.
