I think it's a given that PC games will always feature better graphics than
any console, simply because of the comparative expense of the two pieces of
hardware. When they come out with a $2000 dedicated gaming console, it'll
surely blow any PC away. But a $300 console isn't designed for that
purpose.
However, based on the early news on the Cell, I think the PS3 will be the
first console that can legitimately give the PC a run for its money. The
xbox2, OTOH, will be but a shadow of the other two gaming options.
