Author Non-BIOS changing of fan speed?

Hi, anyone know how I can slow down the fan speed on my Xbox? Kinda noisy!
Preferably without having to hack the BIOS or anything. I may or may not
have Avalaunch ;)

Hi Nick, you may have missed the bit in my original post where I explain
it's "kinda noisy!". That should read "very noisy!". When using Media
Center Extender on it, I want to watch a movie without hairdryer sound FX.
