My xboxes and PC's are networked through a D-Link router. The xboxes can
connect to XBL and can play system link games. However when my son tries to
use Xbconnect it can't detect his xbox.

Anyone know how to get past this?

Are the appropriate ports open? Can the computer see the XBox (easiest
test would be to go to a command prompt and ping it -- Start -> Run ->
CMD [ok] -> ping [xbox's internal IP].

Got it sorted thanks. My son didn't quite give me the exact info. He showed
me the screen where it said looking for xbox and it seemed not to be able to
find it. However when I looked at the options page, it stated xbox found.
Joining a game was the problem which is now solved by opening the correct
ports.

Thanks again
