Author Skulls..

I've read a little and heard a lot about the various skulls lying around
Halo 2... Blind, Envy, Iron, BDay party, etc... however, I'm not good enough
to actually survive Legendary long enough to find most of them, so I cannot
confirm to myself that these exist. Have I been duped into believing this
skull thing, or do they actually exist?

No Tony, the skulls DO exist! You can find the Blind mode skull on Normal
difficulty in the Outskirts level, and its pretty easy to find. I have only
reached 2 other ones on legendary mode, but I do spend most of my time
playing online...but yea they're out there! Good luck.

I do not understand the "skulls" either, as I have never seen one... but do
they immediately cause whatever effect they are named after? I mean it
sounds pretty stupid to go pick up a "blind" skull.... if that is the case.
Or is it something that unlocks an ability in multiplayer? what's the
point?

OK...the Blind Mode skull takes effect right away in Campaign ONLY. It
causes your HUD to disappear, No gun/ammo/health display...just to make
things interesting. It stays in effect until you shut your xbox off. Every
skull does something different, so you have to find them all and explore
what each one does...I even have a list of all the skulls, where they are
located if anyone is interested in seeing it. They are basically there for
twists on the single player game, and it does not effect your multi-player
games. Just something Bungie put in there for fun, and replay on the
campaign...something to strive for i would say.

sure, why not. I'll hunt for a few...
please send, post, or give me a link for the skulls.

do they all work until you turn your Xbox off?
what if you hit the game eject button and then reload the game? (bah I guess
I could just figure that out on my own...)
