Yes, Your Xbox Live access is just networking to our servers over the
internet. You just need to attach your Xboxes to your inbound connection
just as you would for multiple PCs requiring shared access via your service.
(i.e using a router etc)

Is there anything in the Microsoft knowledgebase about getting an Xbox to
play well with other devices on the same LAN? Just as a test, I tried
having my Gamecube and my Xbox sharing the same wireless bridge, and when
the Xbox is on the Gamecube reports consistent loss of connection.
Individually, they work fine, so it's not an issue with the configuration
of the network or the wireless settings as far as I can tell.
-KKC, who would say he also had the Playstation 2 on the newtork except
that he has no software to take advantage of the network port yet.
