It may sounds silly, but have you totally shut down your systems, including
the router, for about five minutes. Then bring up your modem, followed by
the router, then your Xbox 360? Sometimes these things just need to sort
themselves out. Otherwise, check this information about setting your system
with the Network Address Translation (NAT) to "open":
