Is there anyway I can put in a request for Media on the marketplace? I'd
really like to see a few different things in there.

Sure, go to http://forums.xbox.com/ and post your suggestions in the Wish
List and Feedback forum in the General Discussion area.

Hi Chris,

This isn't quite the same topic but I thought I should ask you.

I have my Live ID via registration on our Xbox 360. But when I go to the
web site on my PC I'm only prompted for a new Live ID creation. It won't
let me sign in with the ID that our Xbox 360 is 'attached to'. Kindly
advise.

Sounds like you've got a mix-up in email accounts anchoring the gamertag,
but you should contact Xbox Support at 1-800-4MY-XBOX (or your local direct
number) for assistance.

Tried it, and did checks/cleans with a variety of the anti-spy/ad/malware
apps including Microsoft's - but every return to the xbox360 site brings up
the prompt to register for a NEW ID. I'll try to sniff up the 0800 number
for the UK and see if they have any way to assist with this.

This is the Support page I reach, but you can navigate to your local listing
from there: http://www.xbox.com/en-US/support/contact/?WT.svl=nav

When I clicked on the above link it resolved to
https://live.xbox.com/en-US/signup/...aspx?Check=true

....with the "Build your gamertag" page. Can't get around it.

Then go to www.xbox.com and use the drop-down menu items to navigate to
Support.
