I have heard of instances of people contacting Xbox support and they can
arrange for you to get it again. However I have no idea how successful
these attempts have been. Worth a try though.

You can get it back if you contact MS support apparently, they will
arrange access to the download for you. Good luck!

| That is incorrect. One needs to call Xbox Support (1-800-4MY-XBOX in the
US) and explain the situation. Support is aware of this issue in some
cases, and will make it right.

It came pre-loaded on Premium 360s (does it still?). Did you buy it at
some point on a Core with HDD added? If so you have access to it. If
not, I dunno!

Comes preloaded on the HDD regardless of buying the HDD with a premium, or
as an accessory of the shelf.

It came on my hard drive (bought separately) - I've played it since I
got it BTW :-)
The OP and follow up posts made it sound like it shouldn't appear in
the list of downloadable games or something. I was just saying that
it's definately there even though I already have it!

I've looked in the downloadable list and if you click on it all it gives is
information and details of a free theme - not the actual game

| I don't know why MS just doesn't have the game posted up there for FREE for
everyone. Why make people call MS and explain why they need to download it
again? It's FREE and comes on ALL HDD's, so I never did get this.

I called MS and got an Indian call centre. According to the woman to whom I
spoke you can do that, no code required. Utter bollocks of course. so now I
have to try again and try to speak to someone who knows what the reality is.

| Certainly can't explain some of the things the Xbox Team at Microsoft does,
but it seems like it is a "bonus" when you either purchase a hard drive
separately or get the Premium Xbox 360, instead of a give-away to everyone.
