my gamerscore is zero

| i created a gamertag on the xbox live website it had 0 gamerscore which
is weird. on my offline i have like 1000. i upgraded gold on it,
because i thought i could get my gamerscore if i get gold. but guess
what it didn't work so now i have a xbox live gold gamertag with 0
gamerscore. is there anyway i can get my gamerscore onto the xbox live
gamertag with 0 or cancel my subscription on gold and put it on the
other. anyone know wat i can do?

| Play a game and it'll probably kick in. I've seen some other issues on the
web site today, so it may be in that.

gamerscore to show up?
