This might be a matter of simple persistence. I spent two hours, doing
the same operations over and over, expecting that I would eventually
connect (this is, of course, the definition of insanity!).
The time I was on was between 1:30 and 3:30 pm MST. At about 3:30, Live
connected. I have not had any problem connecting since.
