Brand new Xbox 360 - Old Live account
|
|
|
| I've had an xbox live account for a few years now with my old Xbox.
Yesterday we opened the shiny new package with an xbox 360 in it.
Trying to connect to Live, it asked for all sorts of information I no longer
have, credit card numbers, especially.
Q1: How can I recover the information I need to be able to connect the 360
to my live account.
Q2: Will I be able to continue to use both my xbox and my 360 with the same
Live account? Will I have to rekey all this information everytime I login?
(okay, that was Q2 AND Q3)
Thanks for any help

| If you are in the USA, call 1-800-4MY-XBOX. You'll need to furnish some
information, but they'll be able to help you re-establish the account
information (import to the Xbox 360). Yes, you can still use the original
Xbox, but not both at the same time.

| You should be able to just do a Account Recover. That's all I did when I
switched systems a year ago.

You will have to call MS and give them your email address and they can pull
all your info.
