XBox Live movie Rentals In the UK

Are the movie rentals on Xbox Live available in the UK, or is it something
you guys in The US, have once again had the privilege of getting first, or
is it a privilege what is it like and how much does it cost.

Don't know about UK availability but I have downloaded V-Vendetta in HD. It
cost 480 points. Movies range from 240 to 480. Worked great, looked
excellent.
