| I have a XB360 that I letting my son take to school.
On that unit I have a Live Gold account that I want to keep at home on my
orig Xbox (since I use it for Halo2 and not much else). What options do I
have to move it to my old Xbox?

| Have you tried disconnecting the 360 and just setting up the original Xbox?
If it were for my child going off to college, I would get him/her their own
account so they have they own gamertag.

you will be able to migrate that gold account onto your original xbox it
there is a credit card on the account. You may need to add one to the
360 before he takes it, if not. Also you will not be able to do any
account management on the original console you will need to phone in for
that or go through billing.microsoft.com . You may want to set up a new
account.
