| Hey there, just went thru a hellish session with EA about online play.
After two reps who did not seem to know much I finally got a supervisor and
he fixed me up. I can only suggest that if you have to call ask for a
supervisor right away or you will be stuck trying all sorts of ridiculous
things. The fact that I could link to other games than EA seemed to stump
the juniors and they gave me things to do from asking my ISP to open the
ports EA uses (I can still hear the laughing from Rogers support and I live
about 1500 miles away).
The most likely thing wrong is the way they seem to handle gamer tags. If
you reset the time on your Xbox to the earliest time available and then
reboot the XBox it seem to fix the problem.
Just a note for anyone who has had to dead with EA.
