Author Mac Mini or XBox 360 for living room?

I am running Xbox media in my living room and have been contemplating going
to a Mac mini instead. With the XBOX 360 release so close I wonder what your
guys thoughts are on this go with the mini or wait on Xbox 360 in a few
months.

Any ideas if XBOX will allow keyboard and mouse?
Internet access / browsing / email?

Xbox 360 = Media Center Extender.

Game over. ;-)

The Mac Mini is a slow over-priced waste of space, just get a small form
factor PC if you want PC-like functions.

Maybe you should consider Windows Media Center:
http://www.microsoft.com/windowsxp/...er/default.mspx . It does
enerything XBOX Media Center does and more (TIVO functionalities). Since
it's Windows XP + TV Intervace you get access to everything available in
Windows. And then you can use the current XBOX or the XBOX 360 as a
Windows
Media Extender (which allows you to view content from Windows Media Center
remotely): http://www.xbox.com/en-US/hardware/...terextender.htm
