hi

We need a 2 or 3 month trial code for our daughter. We do not just want to
get her the 12 month or what not until we see how she does first. Hate to
spend money and then not be use. IF some one has one that they don't need I
would be very glad to get the code. Please help us out.

Go to your local video rental store and search the empty cases. Most leave
the trial cards in them.

hasn't the xbox live trial cease to exist?
even though there are still live trial cards out there, I am under the
impression they have all expired

You can try the expired ones, some though claims to expire would still work.
I used one that was 2 months expired, and it worked when I signed up on it.

Cheers!

You can purchase a 3-month starter kit. There is no 3-month trial card,
they are subscription cards.

Most trial cards were extended past their original March 31, 2005 expiration
date (although not openly advertised) to June 30th, 2005. This was due to
such abundance of these trial offers out there. Some *may* still work, but
you'd be hard pressed to find them. I doubt it's worth your trouble. Best
bet would be to contact XBOX (MS) (1-800-4MY-XBOX) and see what they can
do - if anything at all.
