I had the same problem with my headset. Glue didn't work so well for me. I
tried a bunch of different things before I came up with a solid solution. I
took the smallest drill bit that I have, not sure of the size, but it just
the a bit larger than a standard paperclip. I drilled 2 holes though the
headset and the earpiece where it woud normally clip on. I then ran a
paperclip in one side, out the other, and then back through the other hole.
Then, I twisted the ends together tightly with a pair of pliers, and cut off
the excess with wire cutters. It has been solid ever since (until my
brother sat on it and broke it further!!)
