| I almost believe the MN-740 may be bad, but I would suggest while you've got
the Xbox turned off, unplug the MN-740's power pack, then unplug it from the
Xbox and let it sit for about 10 minutes not connected to anything. Then
plug it into the Xbox, followed by connecting the power supply again and
fire up the Xbox. If that doesn't work, you may have a bad MN-740 unit and
need to call the support number in your User's Guide.
