| Rang Xbox support this morning - told to contact Atari. No surprises there
then.
Rang Atari (UK) - told it has nothing to do with them as they only deal with
the offline part of the game and the Live! part is dealt with by Atari (US),
in fact they knew nothing about a security patch at all. Offered to find out
for me though and said will email me back. Still waiting. No surprises there
either.
Have decided to log the traffic to and from the Xbox.
When you confirm that you want to download the update a UDP packet is sent
to IP address 207.46.247.6
Pinging this address produces no response (100% packet loss). No wonder the
Xbox says Live! is not responding. It literally isn't.
Can anybody else ping this address successfully?
