| You don't give enough information for someone to help you.
ARe you cable modem or DSL. What service??
What is the modem or device name and model that you are using?
What is your connection configuration, Do you have a PC connected to the
internet? Does it work ok?
Does your ISP require a login?
Lots of things could be causing your problem. You have to give more
information.
Have you gone to WWW.XBOXLIVE.com and read their connetion trouble shooting
information.
