We just signed up for xbox live. I am doing soem research on the best
mircophone to buy. I have been told that the one you get with xbox
live is very flemsey and breaks easy. What seems to be the best with
the hardcore suers out there?

I've used mine for a couple years now, and never had a problem with it.

It is the best....

The small u shaped thingy that holds it together sometimes snaps. I have
repaired it with a cable tie and it is fine..

Others are not up to the job.

I'm using the one you get, one has managed to break on me, but I've got
spares just incase.

It's a standard 2.5mm headset, so things like phone headsets will work
too... Most annoying thing is it's not adjustable which is a pain.

Any of the Plantronics GameCom headsets are really good.
