| I know this is probably cheating, but instead of getting a wireless gaming
adapter, like the one Xbox sells, or a D-Link or Linksys one, could you just
get another wireless router? My situation:
I have three computers in one room, two wired and one wireless. I would like
to get on Xbox Live, but don't want to run the cable through the ceiling, and
don't want to pay the expensive prices for a wireless gaming adapter. Can I
get a second wireless router, plug the Xbox into that, and set up the second
router to go through the first to get to the internet?

| Wireless routers can act as an access point, but normally need to be wired
to the base station. You really would need a true access point, which would
probably cost more than one of the adapters.
