Attempting to connect to Live through ISA 2000, here are the steps taken so
far and the results, any ideas would be greatly appreiciated.

It means the MTU settings in your router/cable modem/dsl modem is less than
that needed for XBOX live, should be set to 1500.

Also means the ICMP protocol is not allowed through your setup. Your
firewall might be blocking this, or your ISP may not allow it. Check your
firewall first and make sure your have the ICMP protocol enabled.
