Xbox live trial???
|

| Is there anyway to get a trial of Xbox Live?? I just got me a new Xbox, and
want to try out live, but don't neccessarily want to commit to the headset
and subscription. Is there anything like a 30 day free trial?? Do you HAVE
to have the headset, or is it just s good idea??

| having a headset is a very good idea, especially when you are starting out.
While I don't talk a lot, I do listen and hear quite a bit the helps me out
and makes the game more fun.
Live is worth it (this is coming from a person that has been gaming for free
on the interenet since the beginning of online play)

| Some of the Games that support LIVE do come with a free 2 month Trial of
Xbox with them. Headset of course is not Required, but you may/may not miss
out of Voice Communications. Some games you can have the Voices coming out
with the rest of the game sounds and other you can't change it from the
headset. It's worth it though. I've had it for almost 2 years now. Some
people around here may even have a free trial subscription from one of their
games that they aren't going to use and E-Mail the code to you. You of
course need a Broadband connection, and if you plan to use it with a
computer, using a Router makes thing a whole lot simpler.

| Thanks for the info. So, if anyone has a 2 month free trial that they don't
need / want, and are willing to pass onto me, I'd appreciatte it very much.
Thanks a million in advance to anyone nice enought to do this for me.
