| I am playing Halo 2 on Legendary and am stuck on the Prophet of Regret level
where you have to board his flying throne and melee attack him. I have done
this at least 6 or 7 times but he still isn't dead. How many more times do I
have to hit him because this is getting frustratingly hard.

| Just keep pummeling him. There's no other way to do it.

Depends on the difficulty. I'm really not sure off the top of my head. I've
never counted. But that is the only way. It never took me more than about
five minutes to beat him.

Umm....I'm sure I mentioned something about the Legendary difficulty
setting. Is the number of times you have to beat him in the face random or
something?

I don't think so. It always takes about the same length of time for me to do
it. Don't try to kill the enemies; they keep respawning. Just clear them out
enough that you can pummel him without being shot at. It doesn't really get
harder over time, so be persistent.
