Gravemind certainly seems to be a Flood leader. I agree that the Flood seem
pretty independent, and probably don't even communicate with each other, but
Gravemind seems to be undeniable evidence. Whether or not he still controls
the Flood remains to be seen, but I think he's a member of the race that
once did.
