You have a point, but why would they leave earth afterwards? Cortana
sais that the Covenant are scared and afraid because they didn't expect
all of humanity being their. That is why the covenant came in a small
group of ships. Cortana said that on the level "Regret". Wouldn't they
come in a much larger fleet if the ark was in that city? - Jesse James
