Off-the-map Pelican in Outskirts

| I've found an intact Pelican under the Outskirts map, roughly under the
crash-landing site where you begin. There's a million ways to get onto the
roofs, so no explanation needed there. Once you do, go to the roof of the
building the Pelican crashed through at the beginning (i.e., where you
started. Walk off the map, heading in the direction the Hunter's gate
faces. When you're off it, turn around and look under it. Deep under the
map, you'll see an intact Pelican.

False alarm. It's actually the crash-site pelican, but with no ground or
wall textures drawn, and no damage decals or smoke/fire effects. I didn't
realize how low it was.
