you can't do this mainly because of the fact that Halo PC
and Halo for the xbox are a lot different(weapons,
vehicles, etc.)
if you want to do it kind of like final fantasy 11 than
you should contact Bungie and ask them if they can do a
last minute addition to a second version of Halo 2

I thought the games were essentially identical. What different weapons and
vehicles are you referring to?

Halo PC has two additional multiplayer weapons: Fuel Rod Gun and
Flamethrower, and two extra vehicles: Banshee and Rocket Warthog. Plus there
are many new options such as vehicle and weapon settings, and new game
types.
