Spirit Games currently have it in stock, IIRC it is long OOP though.

I used to play it a lot in the early 1980s, the mass combat supplement (IIRC
'Imperial Commander'??) 'bears a strong resemblance' to the game now known
as Warhammer 40,000 and I always rather taken with the Judge Dredd
characters (although they weren't called that for copyright reasons -
'Guardians' or something). There were some neat solo Laserburn campaigns
available in Steve Jackson adventure book type format. All this stuff is
languishing in my attic these days.
