Cheating Server Admin

| Hello All.
I was playing a couple nights ago, and I logged in to a server to play the
Assault Map. I spawned, ready for some action, and one of my own guys shot
the shit out of me in the spawn area. A clear case of deliberate Team
Killing! I usually don't file a complaint against a TK, and never if I think
there was a chance that it was an accident, but this was deliberate, and I
had just joined the game FFS, so I filed. I then saw a note warning me that
if I filed a complaint against the admin again, I would be kicked. The
server admin was running around TKing people just for shits and
giggles....what a shithead!
Is this common? Do alot of server admins kill their teammates just
because they can? I would hate to think that such pathetic wankers are
common.

In my opinion, Cingular Wireless Service is the worst cell phone company in
the world. I have never had to yell so much at "service" reps in my life. In
my opinion, their billing practices and fees are predatory and punitive, and
they do not deal in good faith.

So how was he cheating, like the Subject says? TKing isn't cheating.

It's common that a lot of servers are poorly administrated, including
some where the admins themselves misbehave. The proper solution is to
simply leave and not come back.

OK, technically he isn't cheating, per se, as he is not doing that to run up
his score or
win the game in some unfair fashion. It is cheating, however, in that he is
using his position as
server admin to circumvent the rules. For most folks, if you run around the
map killing your teammates,
you *get kicked*; he, on the other hand, kills a bunch of his teammates,
then threatens to kick *them* if
they complain. In effect, he is abusing his position for personal gain. Such
can easily be considered cheating.

I agree, if I bump into this clown again, I'll just tell him what a jerk
he's being, and leave. However, I do
reserve the right to gripe about bad behavior, even as I acknowledge others'
right to ignore my griping ;^)
