| if i get jtl do i have to give up part of the 250 skill points to train jtl
stuff or do u get a different set of skill point for that stuff.

| JTL is based on exp, not skill points. So you will advance in levels, or
Tiers, based on specific missions you do and the experience you gain. Gotta
tell ya though, the Tier III and IV are a pain
